• Identified required Corporate organization & staffing levels, assessed space requirements, and found alternative office space to relocate the office, saving over $500K. Negotiated to find alternative office space for Company growth. Formulated a deal to save $1.5M in future rental by successfully negotiating out of the company’s existing lease, while offering a significantly larger space.
• Served as interim General Manager for a major Regional Field Operation. Stabilized market, identified problem areas, and implemented get well plans in Retail and Indirect Sales channels resulting in increased sales.
